Picture problems

I don't know why my pictures aren't showing today! Boo! I'll have to try and figure that out. Today's post is on it's way!

Day 2 and things I love

1.) I love Saturdays! I only have school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I haven't been working so I have had lots of "Saturdays" but they are never as good as the real thing. They are even better when you get things done (especially when they are fun things and not necessary things!). I finished quilting a quilt that I started years and years ago (it has gobs of orange in it) and now all that is left is to bind it! I'll post pictures when it is all finished.

2.) I love Valentines day, mostly just for the fact that I get to make things that are pink! And who doesn't love a day all about hearts and chocolate? Tonight Emma and I had fun making cards. I had seen sewn cards before and I love them so I wanted to give them a try! I think they turned out pretty cute and I had fun using a bunch of different stitches.

3.) I love this plant at the house that I'm staying at. The leaves are just too cool!

4.) I love pizza! So when I decided I wanted pizza for lunch I did the best I could. Pita bread crust, pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onion and lettuce. Different and delicious!

Welcome and Day 1!

My cousins have inspired me to join in on the blogging! The thought of blogging has always intimidated me. I felt like I didn't have anything to say that would be post worthy, so when a couple cousins started doing a picture a day blog I thought that was something I could do. Pictures scare me a lot less than words! I'm also hoping this will make me take more pictures and get more use out of camera. I'm excited to share my life with you through pictures!

Day 1

I've been wanting to read The Hobbit again and so when I saw it sitting on the shelf at the house that i'm house-sitting out I didn't hesitate to grab it! I've only read it once before and that was years ago but I love it as much now as I did then! 10 months and 4 days until the movie!
